          使用聚合物poly[{9,9-dioctyl-2,7-divinylene-fluorenylene-alt-co-{2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenyene}] (PFOPV)研究了有機(jī)電致發(fā)光器件中的熱致反向內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)換進(jìn)行三線態(tài)激子收集的物理機(jī)制。通過測(cè)量PFOPV、PFO、MEH-PPV三種不同聚合物有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體的瞬態(tài)PL,研究了材料內(nèi)部激子CT態(tài)。利用磁場(chǎng)探針,測(cè)量了不同電流和不同溫度下器件的電致發(fā)光光譜隨磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度的變化。研究結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于聚合物PFOPV,熱致反向內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)換進(jìn)行三線態(tài)激子收集是一種非常**的方法。本研究成果發(fā)表在“Organic Electronics,41 (2017),100-106”。
